Hey just joined and saw the green club. It looks like yall are talking about some old potato salad? if so, stay away if it is more than 1 week old. as a general rule, most prepared foods only stay safe for that amount of time.
PS - hi, I want to be part of the green club! but I eat meat, is that okay?
