Green Crop on Dead Chicken?

I found one of our americaunas dead in the coop last night. We found she had a green crop! Ew, what in the world? Any ideas? Someone mentioned to me access to clean water. They definitely have that. Hmmm

Sour Crop.... smell it and if it smells sour then thats it... its caused when a chicken's crop gets clogged and fungi grows there, can be contagious.
