Green eggs and Ham anyone?

Yay - Our EE Bubby laid her first egg! I'm just trying to decide what shade of green to call it. Is it olive? or sage? The picture makes the green a little more "neon" than it really is. I still think her mama was a wellsummer! I am pretty sure my Golden Lakenvelder is the only one who is mating her - I wonder how that would change the egg color of her offspring?

Maybe I need to contact one of those people that names nail polish and lipstick colors?

Beautiful color on both hen and egg. In paint color that egg would be called Candy Lime.

I cannot believe the color of that egg. I have been waiting and waiting and still no EE eggs. I thought they would be so faintly green that I wouldn't really be able to tell, but WOW that is beautiful! GO Bubby!
