Green Eggs vs Blue Eggs for A Premium Egg Business

Now that I have my hands on an Araucana Rooster, I will start a project I have been thinking for a long time. To sale colorful eggs, now I could sale both but I might not have enough space for both. So if you had to chose between buy premium green or blue eggs for consumption. Which one would you prefer?

I could go the Azur path(Araucana x Leghorns)

Or the Green(near Olive)

New chicken keeper here working on a flock of dual-purpose easter eggers…If I had to chose only one it would be that exquisite azur - but I love the mixed colors. I would love to see more tinted/pinkish eggs.

I used to sell eggs and I would include blue, olive, light brown, dark brown, red, white, and tiny cream ones.

I consider pink as a very light tan with a pinkish hue, is that what you're referring to?
