I'll vote for blue since I still have yetntonhave anblue egg in my flock, but I don't see why you couldn't keep half the girls as leghorns and half as the brown layer for both.

Ugh, those crimson browns. That black brown is lovely too. Still waiting on my chocolate eggs too from this year to be laid

I think blue would sell better, people can get a little hesitant about green, but I prefer green over blue, personaly.

I really like the deep greens, but I also believe some people would think they are blue eggs that have gone bad or something.

Oddly my mother in law doesn't like the idea blue eggs. Also she doesn't like fresh eggs. She was raised around chickens growing up. She saw something in an egg as a kid. Im assuming it was an egg that was partially developed. Fresh egg tastes so much better, can't imagine preferring a store bought egg.
