That's excatly what I was thinking, wire mesh and plywood. I couldn't see any windows either. I don't know if this was a project or a kit, don't say.
I'm waiting for the seller to get back to me

Yes, I think this will work with modification. You would just have to be careful in the summer but if you have a nice shady area in the yard it could work

there are 2 spots that I'm considering and both places have shades all day long. If I get this

, I'm thinking of making the run with the same color treated wood approx. 12x40 hopefully.

You could white wash the windows in the summer to deflect the sun & wash it off in the autumm !

Is the roof glass too? Anyway, on the east and west sides you could put something shady on in the summer. You know what's cheap and might work are those rolls of baboo privacy fencing they sell in the garden centers or something else you could hang up like some old blinds. You'd want something on the roof if it's glass. Maybe you could mount some corrugated steel roofing on top. Otherwise, it's an interesting idea and sturdy. The price is good. Look, you can always use it for something so it's all round not a bad investment. And you can always make enhancements later.

white wash, never heard of that before but I will look into it.

The roof is all wood & shingles, so it says on the add. You've given me plenty of ideas for the window and/or glass. Thank you

Great idea, I was going to suggest paint and wire mesh, and skip the hard siding til I read this.

You can even hang heavy canvas tarps, that roll up or down, to block the sun or plant some vines to climb the sides. I think it would make a nice coop. Has a lot of potential. You are only limited by your own imagination.
