Ok... so all my birds are dropping their coverlets (trains) and tail feathers. Cool. They're still young, and since we live in a cold climate, they are slow growers. The boys have trains, even at 2 years, that have no eyes and are mostly brown with a little iridescence. That's pretty normal for this area.
BUT
I was feeding some kibble to my girl, Osiris (who is very clearly a girl), and I noticed she is dropping her coverlets as well, and that the bottom layer of coverlets... have vague white stripe patterns, and green iridescence. I checked my other girls... They don't have this. Has anyone else seen this in your girls?
