Jaimz finished mucking stalls and wondered what else there was to do. He looked around and saw the dog. he crouched down Come here boy he sent to it.
The dog wagged it's tail and walked over.
He petted him What's your name? he asked.
Zeke the dog replied.
Jaimz got up and grabbd the water hose and began to wash Zeke.

An old pick-up truck pulled into the farm. Jake opened the door and got out. He leaned in "Thanks" he said. The truck drove away. Jake walked over to the house and sat on the porch. He had white paper stuff wrapped around his three broken ribs and his arm was in a sling that kept him from moving his arm or shoulder. He sighed. This is going to be a long three months hr thought.
