Green Legs Mean Easter Egger?

Are green legs an EE trait? A person on BYC posted that if a chicken has green legs, it is automatically an EE. Is this true? Thanks much.

This is not automatically true. Buttercups have green legs, for example. If it has poofy cheeks, a pea comb and green legs, you know you have an EE for sure
