Green or Spalding?

The two white rows of feathers along the shield is a Green and Spaulding trait and will go away but the white tips on the secondaries and the overall whitish tint to the neck and underside says WE to me. It also has white on the shoulders between the secondaries and the back and has white pants.
 
Here is one of my Spaulding chicks. Mine is obviously carrying more white and out of a High Spaulding Dark Pied but notice the same gray color to the neck and the white underside and pants.
