Green poo and a limping roo...connected? Help please! Poop pic added.

I have been noticing some weird poo but I can't figure out which chicks(s) it is coming from. It looks green and the white cap is mostly runny and in some cases clear. Is green poo a bad thing if they free range and eat a lot of greens? I have also seen solid poops that look greenish (dark, not bright.)
Then today I noticed that one of my roos is limping. I can't see any cuts or other injuries.
I don't know much about chicken diseases so if these symptoms look dangerous could someone please tell me what to do?!
They are 12 week old EEs and have been on medicated feed. They free range for a part of each day and I feed them greens from the garden, yogurt once a week, some oats, flax seed and quinoa. Their behavior seems normal.
Also can they get cocci if they are on medicated feed? I was about to start giving them organic feed (mixing it in slowly with what they have)

Edited to add that when I went to put them to bed I saw that the limping roo had one of the loose poops and saw a few others but not all have normal poops. Also noticed that one of the girls has a little scab on her comb. I don't know if that's anything or if I'm just being paranoid now because I'm worried!

I know I am not supposed to bump my own post but this morning my roo seems worse...limp is worse and he is just staying in one place, didn't jump out of the coop with everyone else when I opened the door!

the feed may not have been medicated for cocci???????????
I'd separate him though just in case

Is there any respiratory symptoms? Any sores on the bottom of the feet? Any swollen spots on the legs or body?

No sores or cuts. One ankle looks a little swollen...not hot or tender to the touch though. I picked him up and looked him over, poked at him and felt both his legs and other than the slight swelling I can't see anything. No respiratory symtoms either. I let them out to free range and he was running around but definitely limping. When I put out yogurt last night he was the first to eat it. This roo had surgery on his crop (by a vet, under anesthesia) when he swallowed a string but that was 7 weeks ago and he has been totally normal since. He is so friendly and sweet, I would hate for him to have something wrong again!

swelling is not good, it could be a sign of something more seriouse. It could be some sort of synovitis which I think needs an antibiotic. I am just not sure.

Thank you for your suggestions. I am wondering if an infection could hang out for that long, i.e. 7 weeks since his surgery without showing other symptoms?

another thing I heard is that he might have gout if he eats too much calcium, if you are feeding your hens layer feed
