Praziquantel is the go to wormer for tapeworms. Valbazen will treat them but requires higher dosages along with more frequent dosings. I have yet run into praziquantel tapeworm resistance.
Keep in mind that insects are the host for tapeworms. You need to control the insect population somehow in order to reduce tapeworm infection in your birds.
The green feces could mean one of many internal bacterial infections, a necropsy would be best to determine what you're dealing with.
