Green Poop and Cataract (BROILERS) Help!

So one of my my 7weeks old broilers(Cornish Crosses) died today, he had been pooping greenish diarrhoea and one of his eyes was covered with extra grey layer.

So Here are My Concerns:
1. Can the dead infected broiler transfer the disease?

2. What disease was it? Is it new castle?

Hi, i'm very sorry.
i suggest you to do some researches about Marek disease.
it can cause alterations in shape and color of the eyes and diarrhoea.
Have you a picture of his eyes?

No i already disposed it off waves! it had a grey layer on his eye, and poops greenish. next time i have an issue i will post a pic

yes waves, exactly like the first one. kinda grey and sort of transparent

it's not sure, but i would consider this option. Mareks is a very common disease in chickens..
the safest way is obviously a necropsy, but we can do some inferences..
