I keep a rooster in my house , he is on a diet of pellets for roosters only
he has been having green poop for a long time and is a picky eater
he seems to be in good health but has poor feather growth for a long time (so not moulting)
I take him downstairs to the garage to walk on dirt and eat plants some times
I shower him every 3 months on warm days so that he doesn't catch a cold
he is about 2 years old

What are the pellets for roosters only - do you have a photo of the bag?
A photo of all of him would be good too:)
When you take him out, does he ever take a dust bath?

Sounds like a good companion to you! Does he ever get any sunshine? He may need that to trigger the moulting cycle in order to grow new feathers on a regular basis.

Okay so here is the food I feed them:
Pellets from local chicken vendor / chicken butcher
and grit (local)
I also have a newly bought pullet , she had mild green poop, but then it stopped , she eats significantly less of the pellets though. My pullet and rooster seem to have taken a liking too my myna bird's food more than theirs.
Any food / grit alternatives? or should I just try anti-biotics(tried once)
note: feet r bandaged due bumblefoot recorvery

Where are you located in the world?

Have you checked to see if he has any poultry lice/mites?
I'm not sure what percent protein your feed is, but you can try giving him a little egg, meat or fish daily to give him a boost. Do you have any poultry vitamins? I would give those once a week for a few weeks too.

If he has not molted, then that could be why his feathers are worn looking. Over time feathers get frazzled. He may molt later in the year and get new ones in.

No lice as far as i know
dunno protein percentage , how much egg should I feed him
and how often should I bathe him and take him too the roof to get direct sunshine for molting
Alot of his feathers are invisible as they are half broken
