Green poop hen not active.!!!! With photo...

Hey guys and gals the temp has been way below normal here so I dont know if it has anything to do with this green poop or not. On the ground it is green liquid frozen of course. On the hen it runs down her feathers it is not caked around her vent just on the feather. She is staying to herself and not eating this morning. Nothing has change in the environment other than the cold. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Is she drinking normally (water isn't frozen)? Has she had any kitchen scraps that are different than normal?
How is she behaving, other than staying to herself? Is she otherwise acting normal (pecking, walking around)?

I have a light under the water to keep it from freezing. She is doing nothing but standing in one spot.

Does she have any food in her crop? That is a sign of not eating properly or digesting properly. If her crop is full, could be impacted. If it is empty, we have to figure out why she's not eating.

Poor girl is quite sick or she would be moving around and eating. Have to run out for the day, and I'm sure others will be along, but please get her indoors right away, in a quiet, safe, warm, comfortable place with food and water near her. Monitor, eating (or lack thereof), drinking (or lack thereof), pooping and other behavior closely. She can't afford to expend energy trying to keep warm. If there are any treats she especially likes, offer them. You may need to start giving her 3 drops Polyvisol liquid childern's vitamins daily (without the added iron), dribbled gently along her beak line with a dropper, so she doesn't choke. This is to try to maintain some semblence of vital nutrients.
Now, to figure out WHY she's sick. Not always easy (correction - not often easy!). When did this behavior begin? When is the last time you saw her eat well? Etc. Etc. Relay this info and anything else you think could provide clues........

she was fine yesterday eating drinking and moving around. I feed scratch and purenia pellets no other food.

Okay just felt of her chest and YES it is squishy....... Whats next.....

I'm a total newbie but, until someone more experienced comes along, I've read to give the vitamins as someone else suggested, get her inside where its warmer, massage the crop gently (I believe it was in a gentle upward motion), see if you can get her to drink some olive oil (maybe mix it in with yogurt) but otherwise don't give her any other food (e.g., crumble, treats, hard stuff) for 24 hours while you wait for the crop to drain.
