hello, i have a 7 month old polish rooster who’s been having green poop. he’s acting normal otherwise and even tho the poop is green it’s a normal consistency, just green. he doesn’t eat very many greens as i can’t free range him(too many hawks in the area, and he can barely see with his hair) he’s acting normal, eating and drinking just fine. is this normal? thanks.

Pictures would be helpful, but it may be normal. Green can be bile, and some of my roo's will tidbit the hens rather than eat and will sometimes have green droppings from more bile. If you get a weight on him and then check regularly, you can make sure he's maintaining weight. You can trim his crest to help him see better, or some will use a small ponytail band (make sure it can't be swallowed) to hold the feathers up out of his vision. It will make it easier for him to eat and drink as well.

this is the poop, he’s eating and drinking just fine. idk how i’d weigh him but he’s definitely not underweight
