Green spots on runner duck bill?

Our runner ducks started getting these green spots on their bills around 4 months old. Are these normal? I read that some get these around laying age, but it seems like it’s more than just a few spots. Fungal? They haven’t changed much in the past couple months.

I could be wrong but it looks like normal bill coloration to me. My little drake has spots such as yours on his bill. His are just coloration but they could also be from laying. Is this a hen? My hen got freckles when she started laying at 4 1/2 months old. Below is what hers looked like. Best of luck! Your runner is a cutie!
