I have another dilemma now, actually this has been happening for a week now (since we put our injured hen back with her buddies) she was away from them for a week. I have a total of 4 hens, one of the hens (who used to be my injured hen's bff) is now bullying her. I've had them separated now for a week. They can see each other in the coop at night time with the lights on, and also in the daytime. Just today I tried putting all the hens back with each other. My injured hen gets along well with the other two, but her old BFF is trying to pick on her, for no reason. Does anyone have any suggestions?

How well is the wound healed up?
Is the old BFF picking at the wound, how bad it the picking at her?
Anytime a member of a flock is removed it changes the pecking order, the behavior you are seeing is fairly normal.
It will probably settle down, but you will have to monitor that the injured hen is getting to eat/drink. Give it some time and just observe them. If she is being pinned down or injured, then you can try caging the bully for a couple of days to see if that helps.

Yes, the old BFF pecks at her wound. The wounded one is just sitting theret not eating necessarily, and the bff will run up to her and peck at the back of her head. I do have the blu-kote stuff on her and keep reapplying as needed. It seems like it's healing, but being reopened by her bff.

You may need to let the injured one heal a little more, - is she eating/drinking o.k. A wound is tempting to pick at.
With chickens, sometimes you have to keep changing things until something works.
