Hello,

My name is Marilyn and I live in western Oregon in the USA. I have about 20 chickens right now of many kinds...barred rocks, rhode island reds, cochin bantams, b.b. old english, a black rosecomb, a brahma and assorted bantam crosses that my old english hens raised.

We got chickens for our kids when they were young, I fell in love with them and will keep chickens as long as I'm able. We've also had ducks and geese, but our neighbors didn't like their noises so we had to re-home them.

This is a very nice site and I'm enjoying looking around.
