hi, I'm two hours north west of E'ville. SIL works at Briston Meyers there. I have 23 brown eggs layers and one BR roo, no bantams. Feed Stores have them this time of the year.

BockBock- I don't have any yet. I am searching for a couple of chickens, but can't buy them at the store because the store wants a person to buy 25 of them. My back yard surely wouldn't hold that many.LOL . I ideally would like bantams because they are small. I would even settle for quail if I could find some. :0)

Slickchick- Nope! last name is not Bosma.

keep checking at tractor supply. last year they didn't have a limit and thats where i got my silkies. i'll let you know when i find out when they have them.
