Greetings from Northern IL

Hello all,

I'm still in the process of chicken-education and have decided to work towards ordinance change rather than go the guerrilla-chicken route here in McHenry County, IL. Struggling to find like-minded people at present. I know you're out there somewhere!

I'm also volunteering at a non-profit farm that rescues farm animals and uses them very effectively to work with children who have experienced trauma. The farm has a Cochin roo and two hens and a Buff Orpington that likes to be held by the kids.

Otherwise, we keep honeybees and are loved and owned by two awesome Border Collies.

Looking forward to expanding my chicken knowledge!
