Hi everyone! My name is Amy, I am from PA and I am just getting started with chickens....my babies arrive the week of April 23rd and I am SO EXCITED!!!! I am eagerly reading everything I can get my hands on so I can be a good chicken mommy. This website is great and I can't wait to learn from all of your experiences!

I am a newcomer too and all I can say is when you have questions (and trust me you will) this is the best place on Earth to find answers. The people here are great and I have never had one of my "newbie" questions ignored or made fun of.

I got my first babies a month ago and all I can say is enjoy them cause they grow up really fast. Oh, I am from PA too!
