Thanks everyone! I'm enjoying reading BYC, I have to fight not to reply to EVERYTHING i read, lol.

SofieL- I'm in Santa Barbara... I've been noticing more chicken sounds in my neighborhood lately, so I think a lot of people are getting into chickens here lately, not just me. :)

As of that last posting, two other pullets have started laying, and I suspect another one too, but I'm not so sure. They seem to be trading off laying days if that's the case.
