Hi everyone, my name is Mary and I live in Lakeside, CA. We currently have six chickens: 2 SLW chicks, 2 Rhode Island Reds, 1 Barred Rock and a Golden Seabright. This is in addition to our 2 dogs, 3 cats, numerous fish and a 2 year old! Our hens have their own yard separate from the dogs, and it works out very well for them. Our neighbors love the hens, we even put them in one neighbors yard to help control the earwigs in her yard. Anyone else having an issue with earwigs this year?? Any ways.... I am looking forward to getting to know everyone here!
