Hello!

I've been lurking and watching several threads on here for the past couple of months, and it's been quite helpful to us, so I figured I'd go ahead and join up.

We've kept chickens for around 6/7 years now, with a variety of breeds. Usually we have some Pekins and Silkies with the occasional hybrid, but we've also had Dutch bantams, Seabrights, wynadottes, and a couple of mixed breed banties. Currently we have 2 pekins (millfleur and salmon), a black silkie (who is sat on some chocolate runner eggs) and a 3-year old amber star, who keeps breaking our fences.

Over the past 3 years we've been swapping to ducks as our main birds, and currently have 1 khaki campbell (one of our first, the only one left after a fox attack) and 13 runners (7 of them are ducklings). We have colours from black, to blue trout and mallard, along with some ducklings that we've identified as potential Saxony and Cinnamon, although we'll be posting images and seeking second opinions here quite soon.

:D
