I'm not near the ocean, but there are lots of lakes in the area I live!

Yep still have Ginny the Roo and Ron the normal size hen with pint size legs....the others were eaten by a fox

Aww. My neighbors duck just got bitten by a fox luckily he scared it off in time to save her. I stay at home with them all day and keep a gun close by, hopefully the 3 dogs help keep foxes and racoons at bay. My real worry are bears and fishercats

Love it up here, cant think of any place I'd rather live. Hubby dreams of Alaska though... I dont know if I could make it there.
