Greetings from the southwest

Hello. After gleaning so so much info from these forums, the 2015 HAL lured me into joining. I will be hatching in my homemade incubator I learned to build along with all the info on hatching eggs.

I live in both W Texas and Southern California right now. Have chickens in both places. Hopefully at some point we will be able to sell the house in Cali and move completely to Texas. It's such a long commute.

My family has been raising chickens for over 30 years and even thrown in some ducks, peacocks and emu on occasion. Now its only chickens since a bobcat got my duck. But there's always more to learn and this is a fantastic place to do that.
