Good day, Chicken enthusiasts - I found the site is overwhelming in information, useful content and advise. So, I decided to join. I got a nice chicken coop for Christmas from my boyfriend and his brother gave me 5 chickens which are about 1 years old. They are already laying eggs - it's so exciting! We live in Springwater, Ontrario.
On Tuesday night we had 15 cm of snow. Thank God my chickens survived - I didn't sleep at night worrying about them...whew...
Well, its uphill from here.
