We end up having two roosters!!! General is one and the other is teriyaki. Teriyaki seems off. He trips on things and very isolated. Is this normal?

Rare for a rooster to be isolated but some people do this also and I have had roosters who get so excited they trip over things but it just might be his eyes so is there anything is his eyes are the eyes clear of any foreign matter ..
