Oh now you know what to get him next year for Easter a couple of EASTER EGGERS!
I’ve wanted laying hens all my life...now I’m 61 so I decided I would share my experience with my eldest granddaughter (her sister just hatched September 4th we’ll start her next year) all I wanted was one coloured egg for her to find well we hit the jackpot! Here is a picture of baby sister. A future egg collector. And big sister doing her job.

Now that’s a beautiful blue egg. The look on GD’s face~priceless. What beautiful children. The memories we make with our Grandchildren last a lifetime. In today’s world so many people are lost or too busy or never had experiences themselves. Yes they are GIFTS!! Little creatures full of wonderment....and chickens too lol.
