Grey Ladybugs???

Ok we have been seeing alot of grey ladybugs. Is there something wrong with them, I've never seen them before but they seem to be all over this year?????
They are cute and look just like a ladybug but they are grey!!

Thank you. I think they are the Ashy Grey Ladybug. They are very pretty. I have lived here for over 20 yrs and this is the first time every seeing them....

I just found one at my place (Roseville, ca) yesterday. It was beautiful.
