Grooming?

Three of my nine hens are currently moulting. Today while I was hanging in the run I was watching my boss hen, an EE, and her second in command, a GLW. Number 2 is moulting but the Boss is not. They were hanging next to each other and the Boss was carefully pulling feathers out of Number 2's neck and chest and Number 2 was standing stock still and just letting her. I've never seen anything like it. Anyone else?

mine will groom each other, I am sure they get super itchy when molting and it must feel great to have them pulled out. I haven't had a molt yet, but sure when I do, they will take care of each other the same way
