Gross chicken egg (no shell & blood clots)

That is very strange, I would be concerned at the amount of blood/tissue that sloughed away and traveled through the oviduct! Has she been exhibiting any strange behaviors lately and is this her 1st egg? If not, how long since she has laid, previous to this one? Also, I am thinking if she is acting normally but this continues to happen, it could indicate a hormone issue.... but I am just grabbing at straws, here, I am by no means an expert on chicken reproductive systems.

What does the inside of it look like?

We threw it into the woods. Hens are happy and healthy.
