Ground going mouldy?

the ground in my run has gone very mouldy around the feed and even far away from it. there is no food on the ground where the mould is and we move our feeders and waterers around every week. one rainy day i did sweep it away, but in the next couple of hours it was back again and the same thing happened when i tried it again! any ideas what i should do?

Stall dry or PDZ probably wont work if you put it on the ground. I think I would clean up the area lime it and water it down.Then put sand down.
