Ground vs. Elevated

I have one ground pen for quail and I have some concrete pavers with sand on top. Every week I spray the sand and then rake it.

If you are serious about raising game birds, then raise them on wire, and forget about watching them tip-toe through the tulips!

The less variables you have in play, the less I have to think about. That creates a more simple, and actionable answer. Just my opinion!
