Always loved this rowboat herb garden, so I thought I'd share it. Tried to save it as a child, but just too many holes so they transformed it.

Well, I dug my carrots Saturday, something had started munching on the tops and I wanted to get the carrots out before I couldn't find them. They were the most hilarious carrots I have ever seen, the big one was around 3" long and a bit bigger than a pencil around.

I dug out my old seeds, they are all from 2016 so we'll see what sprouts. I had Cilantro, Nasturtiums, and Spinach that I am working on sprouting. Anything that sprouts this week will go in the ground next week.

Oh, also, I have sandwiched the seeds in layers of wet paper towel in a ziploc bag and have put the whole thing in a drawer to keep it dark. I'll report back on how many of what sprouted and how many did not this weekend when I take them out and look them over.

Interested in knowing the results. Growing food is one of my favorite things now.

I figure it will probably be interesting. Seeing as the seeds are from 2016 and haven't been stored anywhere close to carefully.

I was going to start the rest of the carrots from the pack as well and see if I could get better than 3 out of 60 to sprout... but, it looks like the pack opened in the bottom so all of the extra seeds are loose in my car somewhere.... oops... Not going looking for carrot seeds in my carpet...
