I’ve had several Pekins. I’ll try to post some size differences tomorrow morning. It’s pretty drastic. I’m just guessing here, but I’d say chances are the larger one is male and smaller one is female.

Ok. You are adding more info. So, what makes it sound like it has a respiratory problem?
How is their water set up?
I know you said a week old, but have you had them for the whole week? Where did you obtain your ducks?
It is easier to give advice with the more info you provide.
