Growing fodder for chickens

Pics
I'm not sure what type or size yet as I've just started my research and want to see what options I have. I'd like to have a place for my new spring plants so I can start them earlier. The spring season where I live is brutal. I'm going to setup hoop houses for this year, but would like to upgrade at some point.
When my wife and I got marred, I built a A-frame out of a old wood swing set. It was quick, cheep, easy and collected a lot of sun.
You can get the brackets at Lowe's fairly cheep,
I can grow over 100 plants from seed to planting size in this little greenhouse.

Every time I see an abandoned swing set, I think of this! Our coop is built from abandoned greenhouse frames. We live in a mile climate, so it is working well so far. We placed it under a very large tree for shade and protection. We roll up the plastic on the sides for ventilation. During the hottest days of this past summer it was one of the cooler places to hang out. But now I think I need a greenhouse for greenhouse things!

Wow, Chris, that is an awesome little greenhouse!!

The ones my bro-in-law sells are commercial quality, with fans and a double-layer of plastic and such, here's the link if that's the way you might want to go...

And they have a blog with greenhouse gardening info... one of the pics is from my mom's greenhouse...

That said, even though he sells them, I am ALL about being economical when doing stuff like that!! (But I should also add that my mom's was 60degrees inside today, ahhhh when it's been in the mid 40's here)

Thank you, The ones that your brother-in-law is selling is much like the quanset I have.

That is going to be awesome!
Thank You,

My hope is to have that solar shed about 85%+ solar heat and to be able to produce in it year round.
When I get done with that greenhouse I think I might build another just like it for a new breeding pen for my Rhode Island Reds. The only thing that will be different is the placement and type of vents of the vents.
