My chicken has super bad breath and something is growing in her mouth. She's skinny and clearly not eating. I've had her on antibiotics for the last 4 days and she's not improving...help...what could this be?

Hey sorry to here of the trouble are you able to tell if it soft ?
do not believe an antibiotic can help

It's not really soft, I tried to rub it off with a towel and it wouldn't budget...

would she allow you in her mouth with a blade possibly try to cut out? other than that I am afraid it would be kinder to cull

Also seeing bubbles in her eye? Could be infectious coryza, which would explain the bad smell. Definitely looks like a respiratory issue. Coryza is very contagious, and the bird may recover but will be a carrier for life, symptoms can recur and she can continue to infect other birds. https://www.merckvetmanual.com/poultry/infectious-coryza/overview-of-infectious-coryza-in-chickens
Also could possibly be canker, which can cause the growths, but the bubbles and smell have me leaning towards the coryza. Do you have a vet that will see her?

I think it sounds like canker. Consult a vet. Or get some Fish Zole ( metronidazole, Flagyl) and give 250 mg daily orally (given in 2 divided doses of 125mg.) Canker can increase in size and block the airway. Wet fowl pox, a virus spread by mosquitoes, can look a lot like canker. Canker is also called trichmoniasis, and is a protozoa.

If there are respiratory signs, coryza can cause a rotten odor. An impacted crop can also cause a bad odor.

Vets are always the best thing when dealing with a mystery illness. They can do cultures and they have the best medicines. But it can be hard to diagnose on a forum like this. The more symptoms described can help. Any respiratory disease can cause yellowish lesions inside the beak, but there may be eye bubbles, swollen eyes, and coughing as well. Canker, from what I have heard, does smell bad, and can swell inside the beak quickly. It is spread by pigeons and dirty water. Disinfecting waterers daily before refilling them, and separation of sick birds, can help to control the spread. API General Cure is sold at Petsmart/Petco sometimes, and is metronidazole, the canker medicine that is also available online.
