growth on 2wk old chick

I just found this on one of our chicks today, it seems to be growing at a rapid pace. I don't see any vent blockages and chick seems to feel well otherwise. Anyone know what this could be and how we can treat it? We've raised chicks before but this is our first time to hatch our own

Can you find any scabs on it?

Best case scenario is possibly that it's fluid buildup due to something able to be fixed.

My theory at the moment is that it's an internal issue in the abdomen which is not good, I suspect this one may not make it, sorry... But I may be wrong. Hope so.
