Growth on chick?

One of my chicks has a growth on the back of its neck, its a three week old chick
A lavender pekin , eggs from eBay , the others are ok,
Its slightly raised like a cyst,

It did have feathers but now its just a smooth bald lump

Could it be swollen and bare because the other chicks pecked the feathers out? Could you put some iodine on it to cover the pink skin so the others won't peck it? If that is not the answer, it could be a cyst.

It doesn't look sore, no blood or peck marks
Doesn't mind it being touched its hard because its neck is thin
I can't tell how big it is I'll try the iodine though good idea
