Just noticed this today. Almost looks like when a person gets a sty. She's otherwise healthy.

Should I do anything about it?

It almost looks like a cataract.
I think you are seeing the nictitating membrane or 3rd eyelid in a couple of the pictures. Here is some reading about that:

@Canadian Wind I think that it may just be a small cyst on the eyelid. Does it feel hard or soft? I had a rooster with a similar hard cyst for a few months that never changed. I rehomed him to a friend, since I could not keep more than 1 rooster.

Hard to tell. Poking at a chicken's eye is a bit distressing to them. ;) But it does seem to be fairly firm, and it isn't red, it's more of a creamy colour. Similar to some small benign cysts I have.

Just making sure it's not some sort of tumour.
