Welcome to BYC. You are probably dealing with fowl pox, a virus spread by mosquitoes. Do not disturb the scabs, but get some Terramycin eye ointment at your feed store to put in her eyes to treat any secondary bacterial infection. Here is some good information:

The vet gave me some vetropolycin the other day for another chicken.
Is this the same as what you mentioned ?

Wow, I didn't know that was available, but Vetropolycin is equal to Neosporin (neomycin-bacitracin-polymixin B) but not to Terramycin, which is oxytetracycline, an antibiotic for respiratory diseases and eye infections from mycoplasma. That would be good to use. Thamks for letting me and others know about the Vetropolycin, and to others, there also is Vetropolycin HC with hydrocortisone available online at several sites. That may be good for eye infections that may require a steroid as well as an antibiotic.
