Looks like my girl got into a scuffle and now her eye is wounded. It looks swollen and the lid is closed. It looks sealed shut. Does this look like she lost her eye? or is it just closed? There is movement behind the closed lid. What is the first step to opening this eye up? I have Vetericyn Ophthalmic Gel and Terramycin. Any idea of what actual condition the eye is in?

No way to know what condition the eye is in until you open it up and it heals some.

First of all, clean all the debris and feathers from her beak. Then get some Sugar Water or Electrolytes into asap to help work her through shock. For Sugar Water, just mix 1tsp sugar to 1cup water, if she's unable to drink on her own, give her a drop or two at a time into the beak and wait for her to swallow.

Next, the eye. Flush/clean the eye with Saline, then apply the Terramycin into the eye. If the eye is stuck a warm (Not Hot) compress may help loosen it up a bit.

For other cuts/abrasions, clean with saline then dab on a bit of triple antibiotic ointment.

Keep us posted on how she's doing.

So I have cleaned all of her wounds, cleaned out her mouth (full of blood), and am treating her eye. The swelling is going down, and her eye is recovering. The biggest hurdle now is getting her to eat and drink. I'm thinking her jaw is not broken because I can open it and eye drop water down her throat. I've tried everything from eggs to oat meal to cream of wheat, to lentils, rice, yogurt, fruit, you name it. She looks at the food attempts pick it up but can't or won't . Not sure which it is.. any suggestion on how to get her back on track would be great.

You can try tube feeding her to get her back on track. If she's not getting fluids and nutrition, she's not going to make it.
