Growth on face..

Is this a scab? On her nare? Could it be fowl pox?

Now I see the tumor. How old is she? Marek's sometimes has tumors but is a disease primarily of youngsters. She looks mature.

Looks very much like a papilloma to me. It's a virus, common to birds and people too! Usually happens where there are no feathers though.
