Growth stages of silkies

First-time raising chicks and wondering about how big my silkies will get. Does anyone have any photos of their chickens at different ages until they reach 24 weeks (the age of my outdoor hens)? They are 4 weeks old now, how big will they be at 5-6 weeks.
How old/big must the silkies be before they can live with the older girls?

mine are about 8 weeks old. some have a little poof on their heads. they are all fluffy. 1 doesnt have any feathered feet and she and another only have 4 toes. the other 3 are 5 toed. not sure on genders yet.
