Growth under ducks nail.

My duck has a weird growth under her nail. Should I do anything?

Also adding - nothing is in it, I checked. Seems to be kind of callus like

Is it bothering them or are they walking any different?

I thought she had a stick lodged in it, so I pulled it a bit and it did bleed. She seemed uncomfortable

Alright, I’d wait and see what others say it might be, but generally, I’d try to clean and disinfect, and leave it for now, see if it changes, like getting bigger/worse.
