Growth/wound on eye of Chicken

There was some trouble integrating a group of four chickens to our three year old flock of three hens. There was some fighting and one of our Barred Rock's had some wounds near her eyes. It was swollen but her eyes seemed to clear up latter in the day. A few weeks later I saw she had a growth near her eyes, Wondering if it is an infection or if other people have seen something similar. It does seem to be under the skin and not loose.

Probably from injury if she was in a scuffle.

I'd clean/flush the eye with saline, then apply an ointment like Terramycin eye ointment in the eye twice a day.
