In Tn.where I was you have to send in prof of insurance to the state an they send it to the insurance company to verify it. If it does not happen they pull your license(for a year I think). I have to assume they pulled his. Al an Ga both have the same law.


A few years back someone turned across in front of me an totaled my built camero. He claimed I was speeding. The state trooper informed him after measuring my skid-marks an doing a little math that I was running 44 MPH in a 45 zone. I was relieved! One curve back I was running 100+MPH down the Mnt.(speedometer was broke) but had slowed down to make a curve before getting in sight of him. His insurance payed me off without question when he refused to talk to them about it.
