Grubbly Farms vs. Scratch and Peck

To me it just looks like a malformed pellet (I spent many a day catching grasshoppers as a kid and I can say that doesn't look like anything from any grasshopper i've seen). Pretty much anything can have bacteria or viruses (and grasshoppers can carry tapeworm). In any case I don't think it's anything to worry about bug or not. They very likely eat a lot of bugs just hanging around outside when you're not looking. A single random fly or grasshopper that gets into a bag of chicken feed is of little concern

It's definitely not a pellet. It has structure, eyes, defining lines, etc. It looks grasshopper to me. See the comparison

i have given my hens both and they prefer Grubbly farms. I mix Grubbly with Kalmbach organic feed that I get from Chewy. I like to mix the two because the ingredients are differerent and I like giving them a variety. Just thought I would put my two cents in!
What specific types do you mix please?
